James A. Cribbin

James A. Cribbin is Founder & President of Destiny Financial
Team, LLC which he established in February 2016 after 38
years in the Financial Services Industry in Europe and the
United States.

James was born in Dublin, Ireland Educated at St. Patrick's
College, Dublin; St. Joseph's College Galway and graduated
from Galway Regional College in June 1978 where he
majored in Computer Programming. In July 1978, James
entered the Financial Services Industry where over the past
48 years he has held appointments as Agent, District
Inspector, Marketing specialist, District Manager and after
being short listed for Corporate Marketing Manager &
Director for Wales, he was appointed Managing Director in
Dublin for Royal Liver Assurance Company based out of
Liverpool, England.

In 1991, James moved to the United States and has held
appointments as Human Resources Director and Unit
Manager with Prudential Financial. In 1995, he decided to
pursue Client Advising where he focuses on assisting with
their Estate, Business, and Personal Retirement Planning
goals and objectives.

In 1998, he qualified for the Million-Dollar Round Table
(MDRT) and has been an active member participant and
proponent of their values and ethical business standards
across his practice.

James has received citations, merit awards, quality
business awards and continues to receive endless quality
referrals and references from many satisfied clients. James
believes in the motto of step-by-step planning, "One Client
at a Time" James currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia with his
wife Alexandra where he is actively involved in his
community. He volunteers at St. Mark's Catholic Church as
an Usher and in his free time he enjoys swimming, golfing,
dancing, both he and his wife love to travel. He has three
daughters, one son; one stepson,
one stepdaughter and two grandchildren.

Ms. Cribbin joins DFT having 27 years’ experience as a Finance and HR Professional for a Non-Profit Organization in Washington, DC. Prior to that, provided 15 years of service at the American Embassy in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, before relocating permanently to the United States.
